“Cue system faulty and inoperable and affects your peripheral vision and distracts from driving because the system flashes. They are insisting that I have to send the core back to the manufacturer when I have to pay $1200 to replace it, they will send it back and resell it for a higher price and I want to keep the unit for evidence.”

NHTSA complaint #11395578, filed 2021-02, 100,000 miles

“Crashno fireno injuries0 deaths0 the cue GPS screen is starting to crack. In online searching I see that this is a common. According to the threads I have read this has not been declared a recall. Why not? This can become dangerous since the q system has many functions such as backing up and other driving features. Car is always garage kelp”

NHTSA complaint #11348568, filed 2020-08, 54,000 miles

“Rear lift gate is automatically closing, and doesn't stay open. I've been injured by this & have pictures of my bruises. I wasn't able to stop the lift gate from closing & was pinned in my trunk. This is very dangerous! I've read about similar situations on line. I'm very surprised there isn't a recall about this.”

NHTSA complaint #11385737, filed 2020-12, 68,000 miles

“Teh touch screen is not working properly. Freezes up and it also affects the temperature control. I bought this vehicle new and at 30,329 the dealership replaced the radio control assembly and it worked fine until last week. Now at just under 55,000 miles the same thing is happening. I see where others have had this same issue and believe this should have a recall or at least be replaced free of charge.”

NHTSA complaint #11171197, filed 2019-01, 54,500 miles

“We drive a 2015 Cadillac SRX. I work in real estate and went out to one of my homes to remove the signage after the home had sold and when I went to let up the hatch to place the sign in the back of the vehicle the hatch would not open. After several failed attempts of trying to open the hatch from the push button at the rear of the vehicle I thought I would try the button on the inside of the drivers door, still nothing it will not open. …”
