“The cue stop working. This is an issue with this kind of vehicle. All the owners who have the vehicles are having the same issue should be a recall or place another kind of system in the car. If you google this issue it comes up right away. No one has $1200 to keep getting this fixed. My truck is in A/C mode and I cannot change it.”
NHTSA complaint #11154576, filed 2018-11, 48,000 miles“Information screen locked up not allowing me to access climate control, radio, phone, navigation. My mechanic tells me this is common at about 65000 miles and mine just turned 66000. The fix is about $1500.. According to internet information this is a common problem. Planned obeisance by GM? Vehicle was stationary and I was trying to get in phone mode from climate to hook up hands free phone. Nothing happens when you try to change mode.”
NHTSA complaint #11390775, filed 2021-01, 66,005 miles“The Cadillac cue system does not work properly. It operates like this regardless of the way you drive it.”
