“Car veered to the right into the guardrail then loss of control of steering, car spun around twice and landed in opposite guardrail facing traffic with left rear tire facing away from the car. We were driving at the time on a highway.”
NHTSA complaint #11388327, filed 2021-01, 43,000 miles“Abs- traction control- brake- powersteering alarm appears stating to drive with caution- have taken the vechicle in for service and they state they can not repair the alarm- I asked if this would not be considered a recall issue due to saftey issue. As the car states it is not safe to be driven- as I see this a an imminate saftey hazard as the power steering does not work and ABS brake does not work and traction control does not work.”
NHTSA complaint #11731772, filed 2026-04“The service Stabilitrak system light came on. After consulting the service manual, the suggestion was to switch the car off and restart in a few seconds. That worked for a few weeks. After that the Service Stabilitrak light, the brake light and the parking brake light has remained lit. We have not been able to get an appointment yet to get this checked out because the dealership cannot guarantee that they can look at it the same day we bring it in. They need a week. We can't afford a rental car for a week.”

The toe link was replaced during a recall, but the mechanic never aligned the wheels. This should be standard process and should come free after the recall takes place. They never get back to me after a service request.”
