“I hate to jump on the stuck gas pedal band-wagon here but I have a 2007 Chrysler town & country that I have been having issues with. When I get in the van and start it the gas pedal gets stuck in the up position. Now, once I press hard on it, it breaks it free. But the problem is when I have to press hard on it breaks loose and causes the van to accelerate rapidly. Now, it does this very often, I would say it does it about 60 to 70% of the time. Also, it will do it several times a day, for example. …”

“Chrysler Town And Country 2007- shortly after refueling the vehicle, with no warning the RPM's will drop and the engine will stall. This event usually happens as I am merging into traffic from the gas station. This is a very dangerous situation because the power brakes and steering assist is lost during a stall!”
