“In my 2008 Chrysler Town And Country which now has about 70,000 miles on it I have changed the front brakes and rotors 6 diffrent times. When going down a hill and braking the steering wheel shakes so bad and I dont feel like I have a full pedal. Have taken back several times to ask about the problem and all I get is a run around from a chrsler garage.”

NHTSA complaint #10473866, filed 2012-09, 15,000 miles

“While in motion the car will just turn off, steering wheel locked and I could not steer. It has turned off on me while driving on the highway with my children. It will start back up but can not go longer than a mile before it does it again.”

NHTSA complaint #11131499, filed 2018-09, 115,247 miles

“2008 Town And Country touring. Driving with cruise control going about 65mph and all of sudden the engine accelerated and then slowed down and I had to turn off the cruise control and hit the gas peddle finally kicked in normally. Good thing I was not in city driving going 50mph and had this happen.”

NHTSA complaint #10274058, filed 2009-06, 22,000 miles

“I've been driving along about 60 and needed to accelerate quickly and floored it to pass, the accelerator has stuck and I've had to use my brakes to get it unstuck. This has happened twice this month.”

NHTSA complaint #10546262, filed 2013-09, 67,000 miles

“This car has been nothing but problems since the moment I bought it. It is so aggravating that Chrysler won't own up to the issues with these cars. Aside from the multiple recalls this car has had in three years, the break system is awful. I had replaced the front breaks and rotors around 28000 miles (maybe earlier I can't remember). Now the back breaks are shot and once again, I will need breaks and rotors that will cost me $375 according to the dealer. My car has 38,000 miles on it. …”
