“I looked on your web site and saw that the 1992 caravans had the identical problem as our 1993. The bolts in the hydraulic struts to lift the rear door snapped off. I talked with Dodge, but they would not help me. Dodge felt it was just normal wear and tear and not related to the 1992 problem. Seems a little too coincidental to me!”
