“During a march 2016 road trip to atlanta, ga, from michigan, while traveling about 65 MPH on I-75, temperature gauge needle began to climb toward the red zone on the instrument dial. Within minutes I pulled off onto a highway construction site where I stopped the vehicle and turned off the ignition switch. Opening the hood, I began to investigate the problem(s). Cool upper radiator hose. Cool radiator cap. Turned cap off and discovered no coolant in radiator. No apparent source of leaking. Added ice water from ice chest to radiator hoping to locate source of leak. …”
NHTSA complaint #10884827, filed 2016-07, 195,000 miles“I have a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan se with the middle child bench seats. My 4 year old son put his juice cup down between him and the infant seat buckled next to him. The juice cup hit the seat belt release for the infant seat and released it. This is very disturbing that this can happen. If I hadn't heard the click of the release , I would not have known my 4 month old daughter was unprotected.”

We were slowing down to exit off highway 212 near glencoe, mn. 2. The passenger side window exploded at about 4:00 pm as we were slowing down to make our turn. Glass was spread throughout the inside of the vehicle (2003 Dodge Grand Caravan) and chipped the paint along the side of the van. 3. NHTSA complaint #10095758, filed 2004-11, 24,188 miles“Grand caravan sports are extremely easy to break into and even easier to steal. A 13-year-old with a standard sized screwdriver is all it takes to gain access and drive off with your vehicle <1 minute. Any accomplices are well-hidden by the privacy glass. There are no cars of choices for auto thieves, it's whatever is quick and easy. This accessibility issue is common to all daimler-chrysler vehicles, not just the caravan fleet. D.c. …”
NHTSA complaint #10056585, filed 2004-02, 4,020 miles“Dt: there is an integrated child seat made into the vehicle. If the seat is not clicked in properly it will allow the entire seat to tilt forward. Consumer's child was injured while they were driving at 15 km. Hospital reports were available. The consumer felt that there should be some type of restraint to keep the seat from moving forward or if there could be some type of warning system on the dash for example a check child seat light. She contacted the manufacturer, and they told her that they were industry standards. The consumer was located in ontario, canda. The child seat is a Dodge.”
