“While driving my van just shuts off I have no steering it just stops. It is currently at a dealership in indiana pennsylvania called tri star. I saw there was a recall for this and they are stating I had it fixed in 2016. It is happening again. Should this not be your responsibility to fix. I have two small children with me. 18 months and 4 months I want peace of mind they will be safe.”

To me this is very hazardous with two small children and one is autistic. I believe the handles were designed poorly and not put on recall. I would like something done about this.”

We took it to koons tysons Dodge in virginia to have the recall worked performed. After completion of the work our vehicle still stalls while driving. We took it back to koons and they did nothing to fix it, as well as horrible customer service.”
