Example complaints

“I was recently driving home from work in rush hour traffic. At a stop light I began to accelerate and my car jerked extremely hard. Once I got to the next stoplight my Ford Edge began to shake violently. I was startled and didn’t know what to do. I was in the middle of traffic and it the shaking was incredibly scary. I got the car onto the mechanic only to be told that it’s the Torque Converter Shutter. Ford states that there’s no recall on this issue but it should be. My vehicle has less than 100k and this shouldn’t have happened.”
