The contact stated while driving approximately 65 MPH, there was a vibration heard and felt coming from the rear-end of the vehicle. The contact stated that the vibration was intermittent; however, while driving over a bump or rough patch on the road surface, the rear-end would begin sway as if the vehicle was hydroplaning. The contact stated that the feeling of loss of control was made worse while the Lane Keep Assist feature was activated. The contact stated there was no warning light illuminated. …”
