“The contact owns a 2023 Ford F-250 SD. The contact had experienced several electrical failures with the vehicle and the vehicle had been back to the dealer for repairs for more than 70 days. The contact stated that the instrument cluster failed to properly illuminate, and it was difficult to see the information on the instrument cluster. The contact also stated that the front passenger’s side window failed to roll up in one motion. …”
