“I was driving down the road and all of the sudden a warning light alerts appeared and said power steering assist fault. Then the car suddenly because very difficult to turn. Followed by traction control warning. I have service the vehicle as required and have records it has been serviced in a timely manner for its life time.”

“I took my car to sheehy Ford of marlow heights for the airbag recall repair. Upon picking the car up after it was fixed , there are now 3 lights on my dash that were not previously there. These lights are the airbag light, the stability control light, and the service wrench. The dealership will not cooperate as far as fixing this.”

“I bought the car used and the power steering went out by the third day and there was a recall on the power steering and this is very dangerous I have a two year old who is in the car with me as well which is not safe. I have seen many people since 2016 with the same issue I have a it is very pricey to fix. Why is there no recall on the 2010 but it's one for 2011 and up!”

“Takata recall- received notice in 2017 stating our daughters vehicle was affected. Notice stated the remedy would be available soon and I would be recontacted. Received 2nd notice stating the remedy would be available in spring of 2018. It is now mid august 2018 and still no remedy available! Ford has put millions of lives in danger!”

“Takata recall it has been almost a year since Ford notified me of this recall as of yet my local dealer does not have necessary parts to make the needed repair how much longer must I wait? Ford authorized a rental car however my dealer has none available. Perhaps this recall is not as urgent as believed to be.”
