“I got into a wreck about two months ago and my air bags didnt deploy I wasnt going to do anything about it till I seen there was a recall on my car for airbags and I decided I needed to file a complaint as you can see from the picture my wreck was pretty bad and the air bags never went off. I got ran off the road and hit a ice patch and spun out I to the mountain head on and the bags never deployed”

NHTSA complaint #11391067, filed 2021-02, 100,000 miles

“Takata recall: we have received three recalls, 2014 (airbag), 2015 (door latch), and 2016 (seatbelt) which were told we are on a waiting list because our light wasn't on and they would call us when parts came in. Just received notification in mail about takata recall. Ford dealer never notified us and I want these fixed immediately.”

NHTSA complaint #11043077, filed 2017-11, 17,000 miles

“I was stopped at a red light on a city street and was hit in the rear by a car going very fast. I hit a car in front of me and my air bag deployed. A few seconds later my air bag burst into flames. I used my water bottle to put out the fire. I was dazed and hurt and if I was unconscious results would have been extreme.”

NHTSA complaint #10819961, filed 2016-01, 35,000 miles

“Took Fusion in for recall 16s42 concerning seatbelt pretentioners on 08aug17. No airbag warning light was illuminated on the dash, when we went to pickup the car the light was on. The dealership had not seen the light and refused to check out the problem before my wife left the dealership. I believe that durango motor company, durango colorado should have taken responsibility of checking the system.”

NHTSA complaint #11014848, filed 2017-08, 51,019 miles

“The drivers seatbelt light and warning to not work and it has tripped the airbag light. You have recalled some Ford fusions for this exact problem. Yet I am having that exact problem and your saying it wasn't my VIN. Not quite getting why”
