“Found when friends were sitting in the backseat that the seatbelt retractors were not functioning correctly. Upon further investigation, we found that one had a slight tear in it and then she was trying to pull the retractor out and releasing it to get it to cross her chest it ripped right out of the mechanism. I took a look at the other side and noticed that there was some fraying on the seat belt and this too must've been damaged by the mechanism. Both seatbelts are now considered not usable one completely tore out of the mechanism. Opening Ford replace”
