“Back up camera works and then it doesn't. I refuse to go to dealership just to have them say it is working then to leave and it not working again. I've read forums and threads it is a very very common. Ford needs to fix this too many owners having same issue. This is a safety concern.”

NHTSA complaint #11245462, filed 2019-08, 30,000 miles

“One week ago, or first week novemeber 2016, I had no AC at all. Gone, only the fans operated, and since I live in south florida I was very uncomfortable. I called Ford pompano where I got bought the car and the service person said he was familiar with my problem as many other model 2015 Ford Mustang had the same problem - no AC”

NHTSA complaint #10925646, filed 2016-11, 12,200 miles

“I was on the interstate traveling south with cruise control on. I went over a bump that I usually go over when headed in that direction and the driver door all of a sudden opened/unlocked itself. It was locked or else the dashboard would of indicated that my transmission was not in park before setting off on my trip.”

NHTSA complaint #10712736, filed 2015-04, 9,345 miles

“Rodents have been chewing on the wiring under the hood. I feel this is due to the soybased wiring coating that is being used on newer vehicles. 1st incident. The AC wiring was effected. 2nd incident 2 weeks later engine wires were chewed up. This seems very similar to the current honda rodent issues that a class action lawsuit is currently filed for. The vehicle was parked under my carport over night. It is a daily driver used everyday.”
