NHTSA complaint #11121220, filed 2018-08, 450 miles

“My car since 2015 when I purchase my vehicle had a ticking sound from the engine. Ford never open the engine indicating that it will cost to much for them to fix it. On top of this problem has worsen and airbegs, stability and other problems has arise now and Ford refuses to fix them.”

NHTSA complaint #10850935, filed 2016-03, 12,000 miles

“I am also experiencing the thud issue in my 2015 Ford Mustang gt car. It's really noticeable when I shift from and to 1, 2, 3, 4 and it's quieter but still there shifting 5 and 6. Noise is very annoying, but my concern is will I have issues with my drive train, clutch or any thing else in the future.”

NHTSA complaint #10746011, filed 2015-08, 1,200 miles

“As I am turning on my vehichle to go to work like normal my automatic shifter became so hard to move into gear that I had to use two hands. When I was able to select the correct gear my car kept on shaking and making a huge clunk noise that you can feel it by sitting in the car. The clunk noise became more prominent when selecting reverse from the park position. If one selects drive to reverse the noise and feel is still there just not as prominent.”

NHTSA complaint #10780123, filed 2015-10, 12,000 miles

“The getrag mt-82 transmission locks me out of 2nd gear when im accelerating hardly for ex. Merging on the highway. Also my Mustang is plagued with electrical issues ranging from connecting with bluetooth, inoperable backup camera, tag light wire stripped. Sometimes when I start my vehicle, bluetooth will not connect to my phone for reasons I dont know. Also the backup camera works 10% of the time. Ive read that fords wiring is being crimped in between the trunk lid. Lastly the rear tag light wires have been stripped/corroded due to poor weather protection.”
