2024 Ford Mustang Other or unknown Problems

“The main display on vehicle providing speed, gas level, mileage and all gauges and vehicle information and notifications has gone completely black. Screen has not been able to turn back on after troubleshooting with Ford. Dealerships have been booked up for a week or two in a 2 state radius and ford has denied to provide a loner vehicle so I am stuck driving without knowing how much gas or how fast I’m going”

“While driving or idling there is a whining sound coming from what sounds like the transmission. I also have a video of me shift from Park to Drive and back to Park again and it is making a clicking sound outside of the car. Also it is taking longer to shift. I’m concerned something is wrong with the transmission. I have brought the car to a dealership who tells me it is normal without really looking at it all because Ford has sent out a bulletin stating that the whining noise is “normal.””

“I received a recall from Ford, about the rear camera screen software update. But ford said repair is unavailable until three quarter of 2025, which means it may repair from July to September. Now is only 13th of May. It said it cause the risk of crash. I bought a brand new car and I cannot drive it for nearly 5 months? To save my life , I cannot drive it as I need to protect myself.It’s ridiculous. No any compensation for these recall. No exact repair date. Only wait! And I still responsible for the loan payment and the devalued of the vehicle? …”

“–In the Owner’s Manual, there are numerous items of information not related to this car. By that, I don't mean a different variation (SL vs Rt). I mean it tells you to push buttons that do not exist. For example, in visual mode , reviewing the steering wheel. –The Owner’s Manual says to accept a call, press the phone button on the steering wheel – no such button exists. The Owner’s Manual says to hang up a call, press the phone button. Again no such button. You can not say end call during a call– so no voice modes work in call mode. …”

“This is a 2024 Mustang convertible that I purchased from Autonation in Panama City and the back window was not properly installed and is now shaking and allowing water into the car. There is a major problem with the car disabling ABS as well and ive taken it to the dealership for both of these issues twice. The brakes did not function correctly when I was dropping off at school and I tapped the parents car in front of me. I went to autonation with my concern and even called FORD to file a complaint and neither of the companies took it seriously. …”
