“Purchased New Delivery date: August 13, 2024 This is an ongoing issue, car indicates radar needs cleaning. Each time I pull off road to check radar no such cleaning is needed, it's clean. Once the car indicates that the radar needs cleaning I loose multiple functions, cruise control, lane assist etc. Attached picture”

NHTSA complaint #11665591, filed 2025-06

“While engaging Adaptive Cruise Control on highway speed, all the sudden I lost the sight of the car in front of me on the display, almost causing a collision, I also lost the correct Waze display. After I stopped the car, shut off engine, then restart the car, re-engaging Adaptive Cruise Control, both problems disappeared. This is an intermittent problem, it should be asap investigated then recalled due to huge safety concern !”

NHTSA complaint #11702241, filed 2025-12

“While driving the vehicle, usually while passing another vehicle, it slams on the brakes suddenly and decelerates rapidly. I suspect it has something to do with how it reads it's surroundings. When it happens, which is without warning, the BRAKE light comes on the dash. It has happened multiple times but recently it was a close call with another vehicle behind me on the interstate. Which is why I'm taking the time to report this. I have not had it inspected.”

NHTSA complaint #11639184, filed 2025-01

“Vehicle was taken to Honda of Round Rock for the Integrated Control Module (ICM) Recall (NHTSA Recall 25V785). The dealership performed partial service but stated a 'gateway' part is on backorder. Since this service, the vehicle has been returned to us with a non-functional speedometer, non-functional speed sensor, no A/C/defrost, and multiple disabled safety sensors. Driving without a speedometer is a severe safety hazard. The manufacturer has provided no timeline for the part and refused a loaner, leaving us with an un-roadworthy vehicle as a direct result of a recall repair attempt.”
