“Plaza automall took info from my car for takata recall on july 28, 2016 and assigned tag # 927. They told me the parts for the repair would be available in 3 months. They hinted that a loaner car would be available but did not offer it. Since this is a life-threatening defect I am disappointed and concerned. They and Honda have been very unresponsive.”

“Takata recall. Took my care in for takata recall. Was told I would get oil change. Oil was not changed as confirmed by private mechanic, and was low even tho my report card initially said oil was good. Now I have no way of knowing if they lied about the airbag inflator as well as the oil level and the a1 service. I could be driving a deadly car. They are liars and cheats. Herson Honda, rockville maryland.”

NHTSA complaint #10969082, filed 2017-03, 40,072 miles

“Takata recall. Bought car at used car lot. Not informed of airbag problem. Found out on internet search. Local dealer won't fix it until I get letter from fla. Dmv stating need for recall, then I have to wait to get a letter from american Honda for the recall, then I can get it fixed. The dealer was wrong to sell the car w/o new airbag and Honda is reluctant to fix the car because I didn't buy it from their dealership. Very, very frustrated.”

When car hit me from the front, all my brakes stopped working and my brake pedal went all the way to the floor... 4. When a car hit me, my car even overheated right away Overall problem: 1. …”
