“Three days ago my daughter has a car accident. Her car was hit and the other driver left the scene. Since then the airbag light is on and the seatbelt is not working. I took the car to a dealership and there's no recall. We are worried because my daughter could have been seriously hurt and the airbag didn't protect her. The car was stationary when it was hit.”

When I got there I was the told the parts were not there and I needed to be in a rental. Please get my car safe so I can deliver it to the new owner.”

“Takata recall - it has been over 3 months since my first Honda notice regarding this recall, and I still have not been contacted by my auto nation Honda fremont dealer to install the passanger side airbag fix. Now I just received a letter from Honda recommending I not allow a passenger to sit in the front seat until the recall repair is installed. All attempts to contact the dealer for information and scheduling for the repair have failed.”

“The Honda dealer in charlottesville, offered me a rental after two trips over to their offices. That was before april 19. Today july 5, they called to pick up the car and replace the drivers air bag. They will not be able to fix the passenger air bag until it comes in, but they are taking away the rental and telling me to have no one sit in the front seat. The car is driven by a 17 year old and I dont think I want her driving a half fixed car. …”
