“The problem is a smudge on the drivers side at eye level when the wipers returned to the original position. We replaced the wipers first with the most expensive we could find and that did not fix the issue so that is when the dealership benny boyd of lampasis replaced the windshield under warranty. This did not fix the problem but it did became worse with the new windshield and now there were streaks, so we brought it back and they replaced the expensive wipers with oem wipers and still it did the same. …”

“It started raining yesterday and when the wipers were turned on the drivers side went across like someone bent it ripped it off. We stopped at a gas station to fix it long enough to get to a oreillys and had the blades replaced. Luckily it stopped raining and we made it home safely. Problem today is that the issue is still there and we can't get the vehicle looked at until wednesday. Praying that it will get fixed without any other issues. We only have 26k miles even though it was used from carmax it appeared to be it decent condition. …”

NHTSA complaint #11337684, filed 2020-07, 26,000 miles

“Uconnect system malfunctioning. While driving it automatically switch the controls between radio to car play to A/C high fan speed and change heating settings - it repeats it over and over enabling random functions without allowing us to control it. Finally need to switch off entire system else we cannot drive the car safely.”

NHTSA complaint #11192699, filed 2019-03, 250 miles

“Visibility distorted in rainy conditions due to insufficient windshield wipers and or coating on glass. Visibility directly in front of me when driving gets distorted with minimal rainfall causing a dangerous driving condition. Using no windshield wipers is better than having them on. Issue occurred since date of delivery (11/30/2018) and became more noticeable recently due to weather changes. Issue occurs both when in motion or stand still on all road types.”
