“I was driving my kids to school when the driver seat moved forward on its own and pushed me against the steering wheel. I was able to remain calm and thankfully and move the seat back. Very scary.”
NHTSA complaint #11619362, filed 2024-10“The driver seatback (backrest) moves forward spontaneously while driving, and will pin the driver against the steering wheel if you don't press the backrest control button on the side of the seat again. This is incredibly dangerous and unacceptable. This is the second time I will bring in the car to the dealer to address this SAME issue.”
