I came out of the car because I thought I had a flat but once I got back in the car, I saw the brake line was on. I called a friend with the same car and told him what happened. He told me to step on the brake and release the parking brake. I asked him where it was because I've never used it before. I did as he says and released the parking brake. This could have been catastrophic if I was on the freeway or driving on surface streets. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle anymore.”
