“The seat belts in the back when buckling are locked. Making it hard to move around. Since day the I bought the car. Took it to the dealership for repair and they said they found nothing. Only after my warranties were up did they say they would fix the problem if I paid for the labor. The engine has an oil consumption problem also from the first day I bought it, the dealership has covered it up again until the warranty was expired. They found 5 leaky areas in the engine.”
NHTSA complaint #11018965, filed 2017-08, 20 miles“I was slowing while I was approaching a red light. The light turned green and I began my right turn. Upon impact, the seat belt (in use at the time) failed to actuate and the airbags failed to deploy, the driver's seat moved forward, throwing me into the steering wheel and windshield. I sustained a minor head laceration and impact trauma to the right chest. The combine speed of the crash was approximately 25-30 miles per hour. …”
