“Event data recorder missing from sprinters. I was involved in a high speed crash. I won't go into details at this time pending the investigations. But I learned that there is no edr event data recorders on the sprinters. When I learned of these and what they do in the event of a crash I was disappointed that mercedes elected to not install one on these vehicles. For me personally it would have been valuable information to know what when on in the seconds prior to the crash. Not sure this will come to anything but I personally believe that all vehicles should have these items. …”

Because water randomly dumps into the vehicle on the passengers from the roof AC unit.! On one occasion going down the highway at night it dumped water on a newborn baby in a car seat causing us to pull off onto the side of the highway at night in an emergency fashion. It has been into the dealership countless times for the same problem and has supposedly been fixed every time. but it has never truly been fixed and it’s still a problem. …”
