“The contact purchased a 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500. The contact stated that two days before taking possession of the vehicle, he was notified by the dealer that the vehicle was included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V131000 (Suspension). The contact was informed that the part to do the recall repair was unavailable and he could not take possession of the vehicle. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the repair. The contact had not experienced a failure.”
