I called them on 1/16/24 and was told to submit an online form and tire pics which I did. I was to hear back within 24-48 hours and did not. I called them again on 1/22/24 and after several mins, was told to submit another online form and tire pics which I did. I rec'd an email from them on 1/24/24 indicating they rec'd my form but need me to submit tire pics again. By 1/29/24 I still had not heard from Sentury Tire and called them again. My name and phone number was taken and I was told it would be escalated. …”
