“The contact owns a 2014 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated that the front driver’s and passenger’s side seat belts were inoperable. The passenger’s side air bag warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and diagnosed that the front driver’s and passenger’s side seat belt pretensioners and anchors needed replacement. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 80,089.”
