“Brakes do not feel adequate when towing a trailer. The rear of the vehicle drops dramatically when a combined 6000lb boat and trailer when hitched to the factory equipped towing package. I would not drive the vehicle with this condition”
NHTSA complaint #11280975, filed 2019-11, 3,500 miles“We were notified of a recall in Nov 2024 with a first quarter of 2025 fix. We are now 1 year later and still no fix, clearly a safety issue and I cannot trade in or sell legally without the fix. I am stuck with a vehicle with known safety issues and Chrysler is being allowed to just ignore it.”

I notified the repair facility and was told to drive the vehicle for approximately 10 minutes and the warning would clear itself. …”
