“When I shifted to reverse to leave a parking space, a message popped up on the cluster saying “Camera Not Available. Contact Dealer.” An image then did come up and stayed frozen on the screen for the entire key cycle. The next time I drove the vehicle, the camera operated as intended. Picture attached showing frozen image while vehicle was in Drive gear.”

NHTSA complaint #11598298, filed 2024-07

“Grabby brakes at low speed. Even after getting the suggested fix from Ford my vehicle still has the grabby breaks. There is also an issue where coming from a fast speed down to a lower speed the vehicle starts to vibrate violently until I either press the gas or press the break. Seems like the breaks are pulsing on and off very fast causing it to shake.”

NHTSA complaint #11516049, filed 2023-04

“When I use my remote start option and just put my key in the ignition and start the truck it has a constant burning wire smell. If I come to the truck and turn it off after remote start and just restart it with the key I don't smell the burning wire. If I don't use the remote start option and just start my truck with the key I don't smell the burning wire smell.”

NHTSA complaint #11501830, filed 2023-01

“While driving the emergency brakes locked up and stopped me in the traffic. I tried to get the vehicle started but it did not start. The dashboard message said automatic emergency breaking The AAA mechanic said that the regular battery was not charging and this was confirmed by the mechanic at Gunns Automotive.”

NHTSA complaint #11625015, filed 2024-11

“When I shift into drive gear it hesitates to go until it kicks into the battery drive mode. When I am at a stop sign you can feel it switching over and when I go to push on the gas to go from the stop sign it doesn't go immediately until it shifts to the electric mode. When I am in a drive thru and it switching from electric to gas mode it jerks like the transmission is going to fall out”
