“I was driving and had to make a u-turn, as a make my left u turn a get a beeping noise from the dash saying that 'power steering failure' and now the car is really hard to turn. I know that Ford has recalls on 2013-2015 vehicles with this same system however they excluded the Taurus and many other vehicles that are prone to failure.”

This the first Ford I ever had and will be the last.”

NHTSA complaint #11089740, filed 2018-04, 115,000 miles

“As I was driving into work today, I had lost my power steering on my 2013 Ford Taurus making it hard to control the vehicle when turning. I had done some research and had seen that there had been a recall report back in 2015 (recall notice 15s18) pertaining to the steering modual failing. Unfortunately my 2013 Ford Taurus is not covered under this recall per Ford motor company.”
