“I was advised by larry h miller in albuquerque nm that my recall was fixed and that I would need to pay for a diagnostic to see why the service 4wheel drive system light was still on even though I had been there 2 times in past and issue was said to be resolved by a system update. I left the dealership after I was told it was about 280$ that I would have to pay to get the issue fixed-”

NHTSA complaint #10893068, filed 2016-08, 110,000 miles

“After n23 recall was performed, my Jeep will not engage in 4wheel drive lo. On startup it states, service 4wd system . Many people are reported the same problem. The car will not shift into 4wd low or into neutral for towing. Chrysler error code is c140f and it is even listed in the reprogam instructions. I did not have this issue prior to the n23 recall.”

NHTSA complaint #10559323, filed 2014-01, 50,000 miles

“After doing the safety recall n23 for the Jeep Grand Cherokee 2005-2010, a month later the 4x4 low don't engaged anymore, and service 4wd system warning light on, when you pull the 4x4 low switch. I've been reading a lot on the web and it seems to happen to all the people after doing the recall service. I'm from caracas venezuela.”

NHTSA complaint #10566778, filed 2014-03, 63,750 miles

“While driving the vehicle has a tendency to either not change gears (rev up) or even slip into neutral. It's creating a safety issue especially driving at highway speed. At times I am able to get to the side of the road turn vehicle off and shift it back in gear which sometimes I have to do it more than one time.”

NHTSA complaint #10807169, filed 2015-11, 140,000 miles

“During routine visits to my neighborhood supermarket, I've noticed while driving the RPM meter was going up and down at a stand-still. Now the vehicle was maintenance regularly and I have had issues before I've replaced the EGR valve, throttle position sensor, spark plugs, pcv valve, automatic transmission oil cooler, A/C compressor even replaced the crankshaft position sensor. The truck also seems to lack power either that being an old software that it is using or the overall drivetrain is just abysmal. …”
