“Recall on Jeep alternator and brake booster water shield. My complaint is the length of time in getting the parts. The alternator went out and it has been sitting at the dealership for 11 days now and parts are still not released from chrysler. They will not give me a rental. What is a person to do? Except pay 800$ and then fight chrysler to get my money back.”

NHTSA complaint #11064589, filed 2018-01, 39,000 miles

“My Jeep started with an error 'service shifter' on the control panel shortly after that all the codes started popping up. Steering wheel, tire pressure, etc. I took it to the dealership they have replaced the body control module but unfortunately the codes have not cleared. I've had this vehicle for only two years the service department at the dealership can not pinpoint the problem on it.”

NHTSA complaint #11287230, filed 2019-12, 70,000 miles

“My lights outside/inside go black/no lights with no warning. Other cars flash their lights at me and all I can do is turn on overhead light, and drive very slow. Also my brakes won't work, this happened three times. I'm scared to drive at any time after dark. My car was in shop for 37 days because they could not get parts to fix/after accident.”

NHTSA complaint #10671174, filed 2015-01, 4,000 miles

“My vehicle is experiencing the exact problem addressed in NHTSA reference #14v636000. I was not notified of this recall because my vehicle was manufactured in 07/13 which is outside of the recall period. I believe that my vehicle should be included in this recall. It comes on suddenly and is dangerous to drive.”

NHTSA complaint #10947388, filed 2017-01, 59,000 miles

“N58 my Jeep did something weird on 4/21/2019 dash lights came on like ABS and traction control light was on in the dash but the push button light down below the heat buttons was also on. Also service 4 wheel drive was flashing on the dash along with the selector wheel on the left of the dash screen went to terrain mode all by it self.also on the screen it chimed 4 wheel drive unavailable. I was in drive and driving straight.”
