“The forward collisin control was turned on. It started beeping when no one was near me at all from any side of vehicle. Then the brakes slammed like it was preventing a rear end collisin by my vehicle. My car slid to a stop at approximately 40 miles an hour. It scared the crap out of me and I have had that safety sensor option turned to off ever since this incident.”

NHTSA complaint #11365637, filed 2020-10, 120,000 miles

“I left my place of work and when I went to use my brakes they didn't fully work. I barely got stopped in time to avoid oncoming traffic. The sputtered as I pressed the brake down. I got it looked at and they changed the brake booster. All was well after that. The picture attached is was I bought to fix my car.”

NHTSA complaint #11387236, filed 2021-01, 125,000 miles

“Recall on Jeep alternator and brake booster water shield. My complaint is the length of time in getting the parts. The alternator went out and it has been sitting at the dealership for 11 days now and parts are still not released from chrysler. They will not give me a rental. What is a person to do? Except pay 800$ and then fight chrysler to get my money back.”

NHTSA complaint #11064589, filed 2018-01, 39,000 miles

“I have a acc / fcw unavailable message that deactivates my auto breaking system to prevent a collision. This error message may relate to the orc module that may control other safety devices in the vehicle such as the air bags. This deactivation occurs while the vehicle is in motion city street and on the highway.”
