Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“The car has issues starting up and when you try to start the car the brake become stiff and the car will not start but will crank. Also as I was driving the car cuts off without warning or when I stop at the red light the car just cuts off and I have to put it in park turn the car off and wait and restart after 5 minutes and it starts with no issues”

NHTSA complaint #11229929, filed 2019-07, 84,500 miles

“Intermittently the brake pedal will be very stiff when starting the vehicle and backing out. After a few miles it will ease up. But if a sudden stop is needed it is hard to push down again. Other times it functions normally. I noticed this on the test drive of the vehicle but the dealer said they didn't see any issues I bought this car around march of 2019. This problem has been ongoing intermittently”

NHTSA complaint #11268370, filed 2019-10, 77,000 miles

“When pulling out of driveway, foot brake was applied but accelerator revved up and car lurched forward into traffic..barely avoided an accident. This is a serious safety issue. Contacted original dealer who said this was not a recall item and was dismissive. I requested that my complaint be put on file.”

NHTSA complaint #11022271, filed 2017-09, 75,000 miles

“My Jeep has stalled twice while I was making a left turn. Both times it stalled without warning and I lost all power steering + power brakes. Both times I had about 1/4 tank of gas. The first time I was able to restart my car right away. The 2nd time it took me a few tries to get it restarted. The dealership claims they can't find anything wrong with it. I've opened a case with Jeep.”

NHTSA complaint #10846260, filed 2016-03, 32,000 miles

“Chrysler recalls p14 & p36 have been in effect since may and august of this year respectfully. To date I am unable to obtain parts for either recall from chrysler. P14 deals with eroding booster pump enclosures and they continually tell me they cannot get parts. 7 months has elapsed since notification and no remedy in site.”
