“I had to replace the alternator and wasn't aware of recall t36 and now my fuel pump went out (recall v62). My truck was stalling at first, now it won't run at all. When I called the dealer and they said there were no replacement parts in stock. The cost to repair out of pocket is $1450.00. Additional information, is available upon request. Thank you!”

NHTSA complaint #11353165, filed 2020-09, 107,000 miles

“It hasn't failed yet, the recall is for the fuel pump relay. We got a notice and have been trying to get the dealer to fix it since december with no success. The notice says it can fail and cause an accident... If the dealer is in no hurry to fix it, who is responsible if it fails, causing an accident that kills my family?”

NHTSA complaint #11403587, filed 2021-03, 132,000 miles

“The car has issues starting up and when you try to start the car the brake become stiff and the car will not start but will crank. Also as I was driving the car cuts off without warning or when I stop at the red light the car just cuts off and I have to put it in park turn the car off and wait and restart after 5 minutes and it starts with no issues”

NHTSA complaint #11229929, filed 2019-07, 84,500 miles

“I pulled out of my driveway, turned the corner and my Jeep completely shut down as I was driving. The message that came up told me to service my 4 wheel drive and every light on my dash lit up like a christmas tree. It would not start or do anything. Had to have it towed back to my house and am now having to tow it to a dealer.”

NHTSA complaint #11259104, filed 2019-09, 147,680 miles

“The engine oil cooler deteriorates and brake leaving you stranded on a poodle of oil and water without any notice whatsoever other than a great superheating condition that will lead to complete motor failure and possible fire while on the highway while on my way to bringing my grandkids to school.”
