“My wife and I were driving on a curvy road after dark and all of a sudden the windshield started fogging up and the blower quit and no warm air was available to clear up the windshield we had to pull off and after a time it started up again . sometimes it seems like it takes forever for the heat to come . I think this vehicle is cursed n”

NHTSA complaint #11720787, filed 2026-02

“The vehicle's infotainment system, while being used for navigation, was hijacked while driving by an advertisement. Distracted driving is the primary cause of accidents, and my vehicle made me interact with a pop-up ad while driving. My car required me to divert my attention off the road to attend to ab advertisement on the vehicle screen.”

NHTSA complaint #11700850, filed 2025-11

“A vehicle safety recall was issued however, there is no solution readily available. After I was finally able to schedule an appointment to have the recall addressed I was told the HV battery needed to be replaced but there was no timeline to complete the repair. This delay is primarily due to a lack of parts and a larger than expected number of issues with this vehicle type.”

NHTSA complaint #11714351, filed 2026-01

“Since Nov 2025 there has been a recall with still no remedy for repair. The recall is a huge safety risk regarding the hybrid battery worrying me about it exploding or catching on fire as it warns me to not charge it in my garage and be careful charging it which is the only reason I purchased this hybrid.”

NHTSA complaint #11752945, filed 2026-07

“My cars dash had a lot of lights turn on and my car just shut off while I was driving I took my car to the dealership and was told that they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. About six weeks later my car just turned off again while I was driving but this time only the service hybrid light turned on and quickly turned off. I just called the dealership and will be dropping off my car again.”
