“All four (4) brand new tires failed Pennsylvania inspection less than two years, 18,881 miles, 5/32nds inch tread remaining due to dry rot (rubber material breakdown due to poor manufacturing and workmanship). Nexen denied both of my warranty claims for a pro-rata refund, and Better Business Bureau of Akron was unable to resolve.”
