NHTSA complaint #11588280, filed 2024-05“I am reporting a safety issue that is not associated with my vehicle, rather it is in regards to many vehicles on the road with LED headlamps. NHTSA complaint #11575889, filed 2024-03“In october 2019, the uconnect system in my 2019 Ram 1500 began to malfunction. It started with GPS coordinates being misaligned to my current location, but quickly progressed to malfunctioning in all aspects of the system. On december 30, 2019, the entire system failed, rendering a black screen and no ability to control the critical functions in the vehicle (maintenance, lighting, climate, or safety cameras). Without the uconnect system, it is impossible to modify any of the setting for the vehicle.”
