“There are no care seat base brackets in the back seat of my vehicle. As of 2002 a law was passed that all vehicles must have this. I have a grandchild now and I need these brackets foe saftey.”
NHTSA complaint #11245902, filed 2019-08, 130,000 miles“Driver seat warmer failed to turn off when pressing buttons on myford touch system, or by turning off climate all together. It remained activated on high setting for 35 minutes. Seat warmers are suppose to turn off after 15 minutes. Only got it to turn off by turning vehicle completely off while stopped at a red light. I felt the heat on my back side for approximately 1 hour after. This vehicle passed the Ford certified pre-owned check list. What a huge disappointment.”

The consumer is looking for a way to replace the head rest.”
