“On sunday november 29, 2020, the vehicle was driven back from church, approximately 10 miles. It was parked on a gravel drive way, in park, and the key removed. The vehicle was exited at approximately 12:35pm. At 2:46pm it was noticed that the vehicle was up against a towable man-lift with the tongue of it inside the front grill of the vehicle. The keys were retrieved from the home's dining room table a short time later and the vehicle was moved off of the man-lift and the parking brake was set to assure that it did not roll again. …”
