“Ford replaced the door latches under recall 9 months ago and the driver door latch has broken, again. Ford states that warranty for recall parts is 12 months/12,000 miles. I have driven 14,000 since the repair. This is still an active recall and yet the dealer is charging approximately $300.00 for the repair. This is so wrong, it's still a safety issue as now my driver door won't stay closed.”

I have 38292 miles on my car that I'm still paying on. I cannot drive my car unsafely with my two grandchildren (who live with me). The door could open at anytime.”

The latch will not engage anymore, and the door is stuck open. There is a recall for the latch, but my VIN number is not under the recall.”

Last time I was at an avenue and it randomly opened and I had to urgently park. I have recorded a video that shows the event. I have also sent my car to Ford over 4 times to repair my transmission as my car was shuddering and shaking on take offs”

The car starts to shutter badly as I put it in reverse, and jumps when I gave it gas. I hit another car.
