“My vehicle began to overheat as a result of a recall. I brought the vehicle into my dealership and they told me the manufacturers defect had ruined my engine and it needed to be replaced. Ford has refused to repair the vehicle which is now inoperable. They claim it's out of warranty but how can my warranty be void if it's a recall defect.”

My car is under the 150,000 miles and met the requirements for this to be replaced and I took it to ravenel Ford ravenel sc and was told that because they didn't get that code that they we're allowed to fix it”

“My 2012 Ford Fusion sel, when accelerating from a stationary point on a city street, my engine loses power and starts to sputter before the engine shuts off on its own. This problem has happened many times in the middle of traffic, where I'd have to completely stop, put the gear in park, and restart the engine.”

“I was driving down the highway at 65 MPH. I had been driving for about 30 minutes. The car suddenly lurched. The wrench light illuminated and I had no power from the engine. I coasted to the emergency lane. The idle was very rough and sputtering. I restarted the car and it operated normally for the next 15 miles when I reached my destination.”
