“Within in the past year I have had to have my entire rear brake system repaired and they keep stating that the emergency park brake is malfunctioning and getting stuck. I have had those parts replaced and now I being told again that the same problem is occurring. There has to be an issue with the brake system that keeps causing this to happen after repairs have been made.”

The yellow plastic I cannot find any where. What keeps popping up is hill start not available as well”

NHTSA complaint #11331947, filed 2020-07, 117,698 miles“03/2015 lost control of the breaks and had to use the parking breaks to attempt to stop me and u still hit another car. 07/09/2015 lost all control of breaks, instrument panel display turned white and the mft turned black, motor shut off. The dealer can't find the problem, they just do a computer reset and it temporarily fixes the problem but they reject me to put my child in this car!”
NHTSA complaint #10733093, filed 2015-07, 19,000 miles“I was parked with my vehicle off. When I turned on my vehicle and put it in reverse to back out of my parking spot I heard a small pop and the brake pedal had a lot more give to it. I was able to push it all the way to the floor. While driving, I had to push it to the floor to slow my vehicle. I was able to safely make it to my mechanic who luckily was only 1 mile away. He told me the front right brake line was ruptured and that this is almost unheard of in a car that's only 4 years old.”
