“I applied my brake, at a 2mph to yield to oncoming traffic, but failed to stop. Even with snow, with that speed, the vehicle should not have had any problem stopping. At times, you hear crunch on front wheels when brakes are applied while driving on slippery surface, ie snow, ice even at very very slow speed”
