“This is my second complaint. I have had no feedback from my first complaint which bothers me since it a safety risk to me and my family. Recently I replaced the battery. I always let the car warm up before driving at the start of the day and have observed the car stall suddenly without warning. Fortunately I have avoided an accident from being rear ended by another vehicle. This happens every time and throughout the day. My service at the dealer is upto date and they have not indicated any issues. Please address this safety risk immediately.”

“Using adaptive cruise control (acc) vehicle with start to stop when a vehicle is left turn lane either already there or turning into when in front of my vehicle requiring override with gas petal. Started intermittent; over 6 months period more consistent with this problem. Speed from 25 to 45 MPH.”

NHTSA complaint #11018862, filed 2017-08, 14,500 miles

“2nd time, I did not put auto brake on but it engaged itself and than was stuck and would not disengage. Luckily I was not in traffic, because that could have been a serious safety issue. The e brake engages on its own and than won’t dislodge. Multiple times this has happened now. Took it in once and paid almost $1500 to get it repaired, 3 days later same thing happened again!”

NHTSA complaint #11585618, filed 2024-04

“I get error messages that say stop to shift. My car is an automatic, brake comes on when I haven’t touched it, it won’t drive sometime Won’t go forward or backwards, tire pressure errors, check engine light comes on when nothing is wrong now it won’t always start. The battery is at 14.2 I want a new car this one is crap”
