“I was involved in a collision in which I rear ended another vehicle. I was travelling at approximately 40-45 MPH. Upon impact with the other vehicle neither my seatbelt functioned nor the drivers side airbag deployed. This caused injury to my chest when it hit the stearing wheel.”
