“The rear right seat belt became unusable in August 2021. I bought the car in October 2017 and it only has 20,000 miles. The seat belt was fully retracted and stuck, which caused a major safety issue for my passengers, including my children. The dealership confirmed it the seat belt retractor was broken and needed to be replaced. The repair costed me $558, which was not covered or guaranteed by Jeep. …”

“Behind the driver's side, the seatbelts can not be used. They are too difficult and deep into the seat to reach. I have not taken it to a dealership or anything but I had a trip planned with my three grandkids and had to manipulate the car seat behind the driver side with the middle seat belt to secure seat as much as possible to keep my grandson as safe as possible. This was my first time using the seat belts on this side. Wasn't aware of the imminent danger. How do I get this fixed?”
