The consumer stated from the very beginning, the vehicle needed to be accelerated to approximately 133 RPM in low gear to even move down a slight slope. It would only achieve 10.6 to 11.4 mpg of fuel regardless of city or highway driving. At approximately 5400 miles, the vehicle developed a very slight shimmy at a speed of 60 MPH.
