“During highway travel noticed vibration in steering wheel. inspected tires and noticed tire GOODYEAR VIVA3 225/65R17 (PJ2Y LDHR) shows side belt bubble. Concerned that tire may ruptured during highspeed travel. Request NTSB review manufacturers design for sidewall construction and or broadcast recall on tire type with deficiency sidewall concerns.”
